his muscle structure would not be able to handle the force of him getting shot up like that. it would be the same as him hitting the pavement at terminal velocity.

Basically his legs would buckle, absorb a lot of the force and he would have gone about 1/5 as high as he did. The board would have probably impacted with his torso and crushed most of his spine as well.
