I was just reading the summary of risks on a company program, and one of them was "facilities deconfliction".

I, for one, didn't even realize that "confliction" was a word; it is. Given that, it sure sounds like something that you'd want to "de-" just as fast as you could. And "de-ing" it certainly sounds risky to me.
