Alex Brown of the Chicago Bears lives down the street from my House in Grayslake, IL. Gave him the thumbs up when I was driving by his house and he was walking to his car(pimp Range Rover). This was a week or so before the Super Bowl...
Mr. T came to my Junior High and gave a speech on "Staying in School and Don't do drugs." That was Awesome.... Came around and shook our hands and showed us his gold.
I bought Jason Saini's Mugen Exhaust and he installed it on my AP1 (Does that count?? He'll be famous one day! haha)
Met some C list rockers who played in Rod Stewarts Band on a southwest flight. Totally forgot their names.. haha.
Met Ice T at a Lecture in College.
Gave Dave Chappelle the nod after his comedy show in SF. He was LIT or something else....
That's really all I can think of at this point.

Ones you have actually met and talked to is a harder list than just ones you bumped into. I have SEEN celebs all over the place, but met them and talked, just the few lucky ones above.
A friend and I were drunk coming out of a bar and saw Christian Slater and Marissa Tomei sitting at a window table at a restaurant. I started licking the glass and my friend fondled his own man boobs. They seemed to think it was funny.
