It was funny, after seeing the movie last night, just about every car was revving their engine up. It was so stupid looking. Even big sedans were doing it.

Last night my step son and his friends saw the movie and he came home in a near frenzy, talking about how everybody revved their engines after the show. He also said that they all really wished that they had my car to drive afterwards. There is no doubt that immature folks will be influenced by seeing this movie to do stupid things. This only reinforces my notion that since the car is tempting enough for this old f**t, there is no way that a testosterone-crazed adolescent will ever drive it unless I am in the passenger's seat.

A few months before his untimely end in his Porsche Spyder, James Dean did a PSA (public service announcement) about unsafe driving. His final words were, "Please drive safely, the life you save may be mine." Below is a picture of a replica of the death car:

As I was going in to my local Alberson's on Saturday, a woman with about five kids came out, saw my car, and, pointing at it said, "Oh, look kids, there's a car like that one in that movie last night!"
