Favorite Drink?
theres this korean tea called bori-cha that i've been drinking for years. its a boiled barley tea (sometimes you can add cord - "ok su su cha") to it. you refridgerate and serve cold. you can also drink it hot, which most koreans do, but i enjoy mine cold.

i drink a lot of water, but when its not water straight to the Tropicana Orange Juice - yumm.
Boba is awesome as well, Red Bean flavored of course
Gatorade is good to drink when you are in need of hydration and energy, that is why there is a good amount of calories in there. I will drink one on occasion if i have a soccer game that day, or the next.

Thanks for all the replys guys i think im gonna try to stick with sweet tea...ive been drinking that for a while and its not near as bad for you as soda.....im gonna try some of the teas you guys have mentioned..and yea sunny D is $hit.

Gatorade also provides your body with electrolytes that are expended during physical activity.
I find it best to drink a gatorade, and then a whole bunch of water. Not just one or the other. I didnt like gatorade for the longest time because of the sugar content, and i still think they should lower this, but it provides other things which are needed for rehydration.
