Favorite Gentlemen's Club
My friends say Mons Venus is the best in the country. Well, then again they went 5 years or so ago, before they restricted some of the rules (or lack of rules). I guess they were right, since some of the member's here agree.
Here in Dallas, Baby Dolls off northwest hwy has the best girls. They kinda restricted their policy too, but it's still okay. Right Insomniak?
In Houston, Colordo was pretty decent. Of course, I was pretty wasted and so were my 15 friends. I just remember pleasant things and an empty wallet.

Spearment Rhino in Vegas rules. They also used to have(sadly don't any more) after hours from around 5AM-11AM, where they would play great music(house and the like), have amazing lights and allow you to dance on the stage and also have the strippers walking around. I'm telling you after a night at the clubs in Vegas with the right kind of Xcitement, that after hours truly rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mons Venus? Are you freaking serious? I've had friends tell me (as well as my ex) that you can smell the girls from the front door! YACK! Just looking at the building, it even looks like a total sh*thole...
Indeed, strip bars aren't what they once were in Tampa. Lap dances are now illegal, and dancers have to stay at least 6 feet away from patrons. Seems there were some problems with prostitution associated with those lap dances (hence the empty wallets?), so they are now taboo. Other steps are being taken to control the tide of strip joints and adult "bookstores" as well.
Man, am I ever glad I don't live in Tampa anymore... never liked it there in the first place, but strip bars making the front page at least once a week never made me happy either!

Speaking of "Gentlemens" clubs", about 20+ years ago a group of us went on a canoe trip down the Guadalupe river in Central, TX. After a day on the river, some of the group decided a trip into San Antonio was in order, so we went. We wound up at one of those BYOB totally nude sleeze clubs. One of our party (there's always at least one) had had a little too much to drink, and propositioned one of the young "entertainers". When he inquired as to what were the chances of getting a BJ, she answered, "Easy, but it'll cost you 50 bucks!"
Our intrepid hero then inquired as to whether or not this stellar establishment accepted plastic. Surprisingly, they did. Our hero, not wishing to have a paper trail of his little night in San Antonio get back to his little wife, asked if Knockers Up or whatever the name of the club was, would be on the receipt. She answered, "No, It'll just say, 'Sporting Goods'."
We all cracked-up on that line.

Now Sondra, there's no reason to bad mouth Mons. I don't know what your friends have been telling you but as you can see, Mons has an almost world-wide reputation as being one of the best strip club experiances around. As for what it looks like from the outside, who cares, don't judge a strip club, err book, by its cover.
Unfortunatly I didn't learn about Spearmint Rhino till it was too late. A group of friends and I make a trip to Vegas every Super Bowl weekend and the OG has always been our place out there. But since we came back from this year's trip everyone has been telling us about Spearmint Rhino.
Has anyone been to the Gold Club that has been in the news lately for some antics with certain NBA players and its dancers?
