Lady on the bathroom counter- legs wrapped around my waist.
Missionary- legs wide apart with my hands behind her knees.
Doggie- grab her by the hips and pull her in to you.
Rotate among these for 45 minutes or more...

you're sick. but there is a variation to that called the "barracuda" in which the partition is between your ring and middle finger. resembles a barracuda eating, hence the name.
