Feeling light-headed/dizzy after meal
i just dont picture a doctor driving a raw car..
i would see a doctor in more of a M or AMG car performance wise.
out of all the doctors in my family only one drives a car that could be remotely considered sporty (Audi TT Quattro)
the rest ride in Lexuses, BMWs, MBs
but if that offended you in any way, sorry about that.

I think it for sure used to be like that but is not so much anymore. At my hospital there's such a HUGE variety in what people drive. There are 4 docs that drive s2k's although mine is the only one with any mods. There are about 10 guys with 911's (typical). I think where I live influences that alot because we have outdoors people with tahoe's trucks suburbans, then greenies with prius's, cheapos with crap cars. It runs the whole spectrum. Now when I went to the doctor's lot at Cedars Sinai there were some SICK cars there, but also some stuff as raw as elises.

We just put an Invidia single on the S2000 (wife's request, seriously). Now any delusions of driving it to work once in a while are completely gone.
My $0.02.
Not a stroke.
Unlikely cerebrovascular disease.
Try stopping the Niaspan for a week and hydrating a little more.
Stop eating large quantities of crap. Seriously, you have high triglycerides and are taking medication for it... and you're eating pizza?
Why take the medication at all?
I don't think you need a "heart scan" unless you have some abnormal physical exam finding like a murmur (bicuspid AV with stenosis).

My PCP drives an M3 and subscribes to all the major car magazines for his patients. He has old school Porsche 917 canvas painting hanging in the waiting room as well. It's actually not bad visiting his office
