I was looking at the screen with my head tilted for some reason and I finally figured out what the hell this thing was.

I had always thought it was a smiley holding his bandaged eye, like he just got his ass kicked. I dunno,

Anyhow... anyone else with me or am I out here all alone on this one?

It looks more like he's brushing his teeth by moving his head back and forth.

As for the slow part, I resemble that remark!
