Could you please help a friend out? She is trying to get to # 1 in a fitness competition. She is the nicest girl you would ever meet and an extremely hard worker. She is actually one of the reasons why I am at 13.2% body fat (down from 14.9%) about 6 weeks ago.

Dam. She sure is in shape. Makes me want to hit the gym harder. Voted. I'll try and vote once a day.
But jeez..some of the people ranked higher than her aren't even fit and/or aesthetically appealing.
