There is a small 1 inch crease and a little 0.5 inch bump on the right side of my rear bumper. You can see them up close, but from 5-6 feet away, it is not very noticeable. Should I fix it (repainting the bumper)?

They're not noticeable enough. Wait 'til you get a few more, then do it. I can't even spot them on the second picture (without really, really looking, at least).

I should post pics of my bumper sometime for comparison...then you'll see one that needs repainting

i know thats its worse because you know thats its there but think of it this way no one else does (besides us fellow s2k owners). i was in an accident with my poor poor baby, shes all better now but i had to have the back bumper replaced and ther is a small flaw in it where there is a tiny little extra milimeter of space on the one side of the seam, i dont know how i noticed it but i did, i was gona get it fixed then decieded its not worth getting an entire new bumper..........

Yeah, but this is my baby. I take real good care of it. Always garaged at home. At work, I use the car cover. I know the new paint job may have flaws too, but at least it wont be a 1- inch horizontal crease and a 1/2-inch little hump. The pix dont do justice, it's more noticeable in real life.

Also, should I paint the black part above from the exhaust tips? I think it looks nicer painted, but I am afraid when I sell the car, people would think I had an accident before. What do you guys think?

With my luck, I'd get it repainted, then someone would hit me in the same place the following week. Door dings I take care of... bumpers, no.
