Flash 10 planned for every major smartphone
Well, if its available or not, the question is, what web developer is going to use it if they know it won't work on a growing % of mobile devices? It sucks that Flash doesn't work on iPhones, but what does that mean exactly? Flash websites have been dying out for years, Flash games can be replaced with App Store games, and Flash is mostly used in web-ads any more. Youtube serves Flash videos over the web but H.264 streaming versions for mobile devices, and H.264 is the global standard for internet video, broadcast television, Blu-Ray, etc now, not Flash (not that that matters for certain developers).
I guess a question is, how many sites do you frequent that use Flash any more?

Who cares? I can't remember the last time I couldn't do something on my iphone because it doesn't have flash support. If Adobe does just as awful of a job making flash reliable and efficient on mobile phones as they do on PC's, then I would prefer it stay off my phone. It would just cause it to crash all the time and run the battery down in half the time it usually takes.

iPhone is like Nintendo, don't matter how crappy and lame they make it, it'll outsell the competition 3 to 1. It's a matter of branding boys, and Apple has the brand.
I love my iPhone but hate Apple. True story.
