why do I keep turning into a fine mist? I cant tell whats happening, it moves so fast

I get that you have to jump over it, but what is it?

a big bomb that falls from the sky. The city is basically under attack and a bomb falls right in front of you and you have to jump it before it explodes.
It happens REALLY fast.
