Flush the toilet in the middle of the night?

Leave it, only flush for solids. Our bathroom is connected to the bedroom. It's just my wife and me.

you can always stealth flush.

1) close valve to toilet
2) close seat and lid
3) lift off tank cover, gently set on closed lid
4) gently lift on the ball chain and let a small steady flow of water drain into the bowl. release ball after water has drained.
5) replace lid.
6) turn water back on in the morning

Seriously. just flush the damn thing. Or you could just piss before u go to bed, and not drink anything 2 hrs before you go to bed...

dude, if you're afraid of waking up people, then just have a bucket near the toilet, fill it up with water, and slowly pour it down the toilet after you piss.

We vacationed with another family so I thought I would see what the consenses is.....

If a flush is gonna wake you up, the person walking to the bathroom, shutting the door, turning on the light, lifting the lid, and doing their business is gonna wake you up. Flushing is mandatory.

What if you tip toe, pull the door closed quietly & piss hitting the sides (not straight into the water)....... stealth mode!!!
