Resurecting a dead thread but I just tried this Guy Fieri Recipe for a Jambalaya Sandwich and as he would say, "That is Money!"
Its a lot of work but so good and makes a great super bowl party dish as you are whipping up about 5 pounds of meat in the recipe. There was enough leftover that I am going to be having a Jambalaya Sandwich every night this week and that is not a bad thing at all.

this is one of my favorite recipes. really simple to make, and the strips are very tasty, and can be used for anything, salads, sandwhiches, pastas, or by themselves.
also, I liked guy on who wants to be a food network star, but I haven't liked any of his shows.
Good Eats is awesome though. Alton is full of win.
My gf and I used to watch foodnetwork allll the time. We'd laugh at how creepy Sandra Lee is, and how big of a douche Bobby Flay is. Especially on Throwdown.
