Whenever I go to a Forever 21 (clothing store), I always see a lot of Asian girls who work and shop there. My friends say the stores are owned by Asians. Is that true? Or just a speculative rumor?

I'm just wondering, cuz I love that store.

here in LA the stores arent filled with asians. I heard something about the stores founder being awarded for the business man (or was it business woman of the year?) somewhere.

Also, I was amazed to see the stores were quite popular in Dubai, UAE last time I visited. And there were definitly no asians there .

the forever 21 in my mall has all white workers (no offense to anyone), i see all kinds of girls shopping there though

 

its own by one Korean man..........i saw him once. He looks around 35-40.

 

Forever 21 is a franchise, not just one store. I think there are hundreds of them. Perhaps I should've been clearer. Was the franchise started by Asians? That's the rumor I've heard.

I dont know about Forever 21, however I do know that Armani Exchange is owned by an asian man, and the company has no affiliation with Armani....basically, the clothes are NOT Armani. He just licensed the name from the real Giorgio Armani. So the next time you decide to spend 60 bucks on an "armani" T shirt, remember, its made in cheap factory, and its fake.
