My bro bought one of these last year and it's basically getting free stuff by acting like you're a company interested in buying a bulk amount, but asking for a free sample first. It explains how to list yourself as a company, how to find people to give you free things, how to ask etc. The one my bro bought even said that it won't work all of the time, but if it even works once it'll be worth it and that you might have to pay shipping which still might run up to a couple hundred dollars.. Seems sorta shady in my opinion, like scamming someone out of free stuff which is why my bro never tried.
