The new stuff sucks serious ballsacks, hair and all. We really had to wait this long for that? geez.

 

Having seen them live, I thoroughly enjoyed the new tunes. In fact, the only thing that was "off" was when they were doing the old tunes - Bumblefoot is so accurate, he actually didn't "Slash-ify" the old stuff right.

There again, I don't know anything about music, so yeah, it probably does suck rocks.

 

Its not GNR if Slash isn't there. Isn't axl the only original memeber left?

 

That sucks. I've tried several times over the past 3 hours and am unable to submit my info for the coupon.

Lame.

 

To many people are trying to get in at once.. Same thing happened to me..

This is America so what im about to propose is perfectly reasonable..


I propose that Dr.pepper knew that their server could not handle every one trying to submit their info. That is why they chose this way of honoring their promise because they would not have to give Dr.pepper to every one like they had promised. So i vote we take a class action lawsuit and show them we will not stand for this.. THIS IS AMERICA

 

After trying for hours this afternoon then I had to leave and didn't get home until late tonight and the server's still locked up.

They give you a customer service number to call, but surprise, no answer.

I'm with you, it's a Sunday, why'd they pick a day when their phone lines wouldn't be answered and no one was there to get the servers online.

I like DP the best, but I'm thinking I'll stage my own little slowdown, boy that'll show them!

Google Free Dr Pepper and see what you get. They say that's the top search all day. Plenty of articles on no one being able to get thru.

Hopefully they'll be magnanimous and extend it a day.

 

I believe they did. At 8pm i thought the clock said 2hrs left now it says 17 i guess it could have said 20hrs left..

Last year, Papa Johns had a promotion here in Cleveland where they were selling large pizzas for $0.23. The results were similar to this, in a low-tech way. Stores were mobbed, lines started forming at 8 am and stretched around the block with people waiting 2 -3 hours for their pizza. To Papa John's credit, none of the stores 'ran out' of pizza and anyone that was in line by 6pm was served a pizza. Let's see how Dr Pepper handles this.
