sumir, to cpature a screen, just hit the print screen button on your keyboard. This puts the entire screen into the copy buffer. Then, just open up a program like paint (comes with Microsoft) and do a copy (ctrl-c) and you should have the screen pasted into the paint program. You can use paint to cut and paste only the portion of the screen you want.
