Raw Oysters aren't fishy tasting at all. Gooey I'll give them.

They have a fresh flavor that you don't get with the fried oysters.

Also fried or in oyster stew they can get a little chewy around the edges if you cook them too long. Most people overcook their oysters, they are supposed to just barely hit the heat.

Hakata Ramen has them.... really good. They have lots of different stuff. Also great ramen lol...
