What does the "(pl)" after Ms Roslee Meyer mean?

And for somebody who obviously subscribes to the belief in writing formal letters, I was rather surprised at the number of punctuation issues. And the strange capitalization of "Professional."

If he wants to be taken as a professional, he shouldn't have worn that shirt. If he wanted to wear a t-shirt, maybe one with a Honda logo or a Ferrari logo, or the map of a race track like Summit Point or VIR. Even better would have been a button-down shirt.

Even more unprofessional was his response to Mr. Kerakos' letter.
