That Conan skit is too funny. I work for same corp as him and I call India (1800-OH-SH!T)for many things...they are our support staff for everything.

The best is when you catch them off guard and spend a couple minutes treating them like human beings.

For example: How are you doing? What are your plans this weekend? What time is it in India? You work 3rd shift ?!!! Where are you going on vacation? How is your family?

You'd be suprised how much you'll get done once you get to know a couple of them and ask for them by name in the future.

Most have "screen names". Yesterday I talked to Rocky Balboa. No kidding. His hilarious phone schtick fit the name. Then I called and asked "Matt" what his real name was...it was Manmeet.
