Humor me, I am bored at work and thinking about TV shows.....

Gallactica final episode was wayyyyyyy cool. I did not see the ending coming. Took me by complete surprise. By the way, anybody who has it TIVO'd or taped should watch that final scene again and tell me if I am nuts. That guy on the bridge (don't know his name" the guy with the nappy hair, and thick eyebrows that is always on the bridge comminicating with pilots in his head set, watch what the camera does when he shakes hands with Boomer. $20 says that is a hint he is a Cylon. The camera does that little pan down at the hand shake as if to suggest he hands her a gun or something. Anywho way cool..........


Tonights episode for 24 is supposed to be cool as well. They are replaying it twice this week because it is billed as this major plot twist episode.

Good week for geeks TV watching.

 

24 is my favorite TV show by far. Even better than any movies I have seen in the last 5 years.

 

I missed the last episode of Gallactica.
I knew it was going to be good.

So for 24 looks like the pres is dead. Oh well........He was not much of an interesting character anywho. I was just waiting for one of the dead guys in the warehouse they raided to be the defense secretaries son or something. His character just went away too easy and I am waiting for him to be written back in.

 

Well he isn't dead... JUST yet. Supposedly all we know is that AIR FORCE 1 has been hit and is going down.. FAST. Then all we see for next week is that the plane finally hits the ground and there is peices of the plane scattered everywhere. Some people find the presidents laptop which holds information on all the nuclear locations and top secret information. These people are in contact with Jack and take the laptop before Habib Marwon's people can get there.. but this is all we know for next week.

The one i was curious about was actually the President's son. They kept making him look shaddy yesterday. I also think Dina Araz even though she was "shot" we never really saw her "dead" or get shot.

So many what if's... this show is great how it keeps you thinking that even the good guys.. might be bad!

 

I keep hoping that they somehow bring back President Palmer.

I'm willing to bet that Lt. Gaeta is a Cylon as well. We already knew something was up with Sharon - it was just a matter of time when something triggered her Cylon side. I've read ahead on the Season 2 descriptions (2 Episodes are posted somewhere) so it'll be very interesting. I want to find how how the h3ll Starbuck gets the frak out of Caprica.

[geek]BSG is easily the best show I've seen on TV in years and some of the best scifi ever! When the mini-series first aired I didn't even bother watching it, figuring it was just gonna be some cheesy, star-trek-styled, weakass crap. I caught the rerun of the mini-series while I was trapped in a motel room on business this past January and was hooked immediately. Such a refreshing change from the PC Star Trek crap I was used to. Did I mention I hate every series of Star Trek? Well, except TOS. [/geek]

 

Discussed on the Fox/24 website. The shows producers/writers (I don't remember) confirmed she is dead.
