whats dungeons and dragons?

 

I'm starting to feel old.

 

I was evicted from my apartment once because the landlord's wife saw the cover of the "Player's Handbook" and decided we were Satan worshipers. We were just playing AD&D til 2:00am every weekend. And making noise. And drinking. Wait....hey Paul, why did we get thrown out of our apartment again?

I got into Dungeons and Dragons in the 6th grade, and some friends and I even made a game of our own (still an RPG) when we were in the 7th. Lore and fantasy is fun stuff to play around with, just having to roll the freakin' die and do the math for everything was kinda annoying :-P.

 

I emailed the thread title to a hardcore gaming buddy of mine. Here is his response to my mockery:
