How much does a gallon of gasoline wiegh? Anyone have an idea?

Water weighs 8 pounds per gallon, so I would guess that gas weighs about the same...

Gas weighs 6.6 pounds per gallon. Water is right about 8 pounds per gallon...

The weight of gasoline (typical, can vary) is 5.67 lbs/gal.
