Badminton is very challenging, fun and physical, a far cry from speed-walking. As for wrestling, yes, there's physical male contact, but the sport speaks for itself. MMA also has a lot of physical male contact.

I don't use an OCT, that's for retinal specialists. I use the HRT.
RNFL can be imaged by the HRT now.
