i am almost 40.... 
so...next year for me......normal work + bonus - ~$125,000.... side rental crap - $50k? (cash flow from the houses plus selling 1-2 a year), so I will say about $150-$175k..... never seems like I live like a guy who makes that kind of $ though...

I did 11 pull-ups on the Vegas Monorail 2 weeks ago as it was moving and I was drunk. A guy said he would buy me a beer if I did 10 but he didn't follow thru.
