Default Getting a Warning On a D U I?

In summer time a friend of mine got a D U I And was charged with 6 month suspended license and Community service. two weeks ago he got in trouble for trying to use a fake I.d to get into a bar the officer was a nice guy and told him that his not going to get in trouble and is getting a warning. Today he received a letter from the Secretary of state saying that his license is suspended for 12 months? Could a warning re open the D U I case?

I hope so. (If he violated conditions of his release, yes.)

It was the biggest mistake he has ever made and he has learned his lesson. I know he was wrong i just want to find out Can anything happen to him with that warning?

The letter said that the secretary of state is ordering for a 12 month suspension. Raj is that warning to do with a drinking related law?

Are you serious? Sounds like the same pattern of poor judgement.

Using a fake ID when you're essentially on probation? Sounds like he didn't learn too much.

learned lesson... right

sounds like the 12 months of probation is needed for him to actually learn something
