Goddam punk kid "rice" boy mofo's (rant)
As I was driving home yesterday night on the freeway cruising about 70mph on the second to right lane minding my own business just trying to get home, when this goddam piece of shit 90-93 or so celica (the ones with the pop up headlights) with those stupid ass bodykits and fart cans blew past me at probably at least a hundred on the lane to my right and cuts in front of my S. So when the son of the bitch, m'f*cking little b*tch ass cuts in front of me for no apparent goddam reason, his goddam bucket kicks some pebbles up at my car a f'ing nicks my windshield!!!! ARGHHHHHHHHH M*therfcking..ARGHHHH I watched in horror as the pebble flew up and bounced off of my windshield taking a piece out of it, leaving a crack where the rock hit. My blood boiling and me cursing my head off, I dropped it to fourth and took off after that piece of shit car, not that there was anything I could do anyway but, I did. Well, my GF was in the car too, and she told me to just forget it and the distance between me and the celica gave some time to come to my senses so I stopped the pursuit... But f'ing bitchass kids in their buckets o' shit acting like their badasses cutting people off cuzz its cool.
Please excuse my language but my S is my pride and joy and the first car I have ever bought in my life. Now the perfection of it is gone as everytime I look out the windshield, I'm going to have a reminder of that punk ass kid. ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Ok, rant over.

yeah, I know but to shell out a couple of hundred bucks cuzz of that stupid kid sucks though man. Its just the
non-perfectness of my pretty much brand new car really chaps my hide... and the fact that that idiot had no reason to just pull our in front of my car like that, its not like his lane was blocked or something, the freeway was open... ARGGHH

We feel your pain, man.
Just hope all the creative minds on this board can make a device that will spill slick oil or nails at the back of our cars.
Then we can vtech pass those stupid people and drop some nails!
P.S. prototype ACME guiled missile already on my drawing board!

Feel you pain. I cringe every time I end up behind a truck. We have so much construction in town the damn things are everywhere. Bobtails, concrete trucks, gravel trucks, landscapers adn they all have a steady stream of crap falling off.
You can usually find auto glass places that wil reimburse the deductable so you come out without cost.

I feel for you. This has happened to me several times over the years and it sucks. Just try to PROVE to the police that his car was the one that threw up the pebble on your windshield--you can't.
The best solution I've found is to get glass coverage on your auto insurance. You'll find that it is surprisingly inexpensive ($30-$50/Year) and then you're covered for stuff like this. No deductible!
Since I am a pretty safe driver, this is the only benefit I've received (other than just being "covered") from my auto insurance company in 25 years of driving.

I recomend getting the air sucked out of the crack before it gets any bigger, otherwise sooner or later you'll have to replace the whole windshield. I had a rock hit my widshield in my previous car, and had this place suck the air out. Once they did, you could'nt see it unless you already knew where it was, and its guranteed to not get any bigger. And it only cost $30 instead of $300 for a whole new windshield; which you will have to replace as the crack grows.
