For me it already does, still quite basic on Features but its concept is far easier than FB

this shit sounds even more cancerous than facebook
werd.

Facebook has always sucked balls. WTF with "friends" that you can't put in groups from the get-go? Friendster anyone? How about MySpace, which is "totally awesome" until Facebook copies it?

And given Google's history with privacy failures, the last place I'm going to join a "social network" is Google. Would you buy meat from a butcher that has to undergo "non-human meat audits" for the next 20 years? Or keep you money in a bank that has to pay for audits to ensure they aren't stealing anyone's money for the next 20 years?

When Google screws up, they screw up big and somehow don't see it as a big deal. Why would I join their new myspace/facebook competitor? I'm not getting a dividend check in the mail, so where's my motivation? Why would you join, and why would you ask your friends to join a site that serves only to make money for Google and provide another way for them to reap ad revenue from your internet connection?

Talk about sheep.
Sorry I could only give you one 'thumbs up'.

Yes, I'm an IT professional (who dislikes social networks, surprised?) yet this one-upmanship is getting old. Tired. Take social back to reality. Take it off the f'in internet. Oh, wait, I'm touching on another subject entirely.

peace
