Just took a 3500 mg shot of gensing and chased it down w/ a redbull, seeing if it really does give energy...

Well I'm happy to report that this $3 drink did give me more energy than any lunch i have ever eaten. And while it didnt give me outstanding energy it did make me kind of edgy, (keep in mind i have a office job and im sitting on my ass) so I think im going to go grab another gensing / redbull combo before i head home and take a swim
