I made a right turn at a corner by a gas station and the CHP was waiting to come out. After I went by him, he pulled me over and accused me of going around the corner too fast. Of course my comment to him was that I wasn't since there was no tire screeching or anything. Frankly the CHP officer was very rude and treated me like a criminal. Basically yelled and was on a power trip or something. He ended up just giving me a fixit ticket for not having a front plate. It's guys like him that give cops a bad image. Unfortunately, this isn't my first experience with a rude officer, and I'm sure there will be more in the future.

Sorry to hear that both of ya! It's weird -- As much as I've heard things about Irvine PD like "they'll get you for ANYTHING*" and "Irvine PD will use any of 110,000 different reasons to pull someone over" and etc etc... all the Irvine PD officers I've had the pleasure of meeting have all been very courteous and mature.
