got scammed on ebay
So 3 weeks ago I brought this Best Motoring DVD (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...me=STRK:MEWN:IT) and was supposely shipped out over two weeks ago.
I know for a fact that USPS cannot take this long so I emailed the seller last week. No response. I emailed the seller again Friday, no response. Finally I tried one last time yesterday and nothing.
Today I called my bank, Bank of America, and disputed the charge. They are refunding the money back to me tomorrow. I was quite surprised by their helpfulness! BoA rocks!
I hate ebay, half of the peeps there are scammers. Anyone know of a good, legit place to buy BM Videos online?

i have 408 feedback on ebay....member since 1997.... i have had almost zero bad experiences.....
I love ebay......
Mav - i would bet that you will get the DVD...look at the guys feedback...he has almost 3200 feedback with only 41 negatives.... that is pretty good......
i found that fire damaged S2000 that you checked out for me on ebay.

I find it hard to believe that this guy is a scammer. He has over 3100 positive feedbacks on eBay with a 98.7% rating. Plus, he is a power seller. I'm sure there is some sort of misunderstanding. He's been doing this for 3 1/2 years. The e-mail must have gotten mixed up somewhere. Best of luck.
