Chicago stole our weather! That must be it! When the gang was down for the autocross, the weather here was horrendously windy. The clouds are still hanging around, too. Sigh.

Thanks, love the bike... nothing like a V-Twin. Honda did build a better Ducati

The photo was taken off some mountain backroads I often ride on in Marin County, CA, just north of San Francisco.

Most of these roads are hidden fairly well and I've got quite a collection that hook up in all that cow farm country. Best of all, they are CHP free!

Here's one from last year on Mt. Tam, just above the fog bank (around 3,000ft?)

Nvmys2k, not much since it's a street twin, 10k is the redline

g-s2k, thanks for the compliments! The roads are just as much fun to ride as they look!

Are you sure that second shot isn't photo-shopped? The bike isn't casting any shadow that I can see. Nice photo, though.

Seeing as I took the photo, yes I'm sure it's not photoshoped

There's enough ambient lighting coming from the sunset in the front and the flash on the digital camera is weak that they seemed to have canceled each other out.

Wierd huh?
