Wow, I had no idea there 5 of them! I've got two since early on, the F090 and the F686 -- I feel always like while the 686 is much faster, it just does not handle as well as the F090. Time to tackle the Polyphony race!

S2Kguy,

F094/S is pretty much top of the line. If you rank your cars by value, it's worth 500k, which is more than the other F1 cars. This car has the best handling of all the F1 cars. After you race it for awhile it bottoms out at 811 hp, so you're best times will come before that point. I would recommend saving that car with low miles, and then every once in awhile buy it back to keep the hp at it's original level.

Good plan, do you remember the original HP of the "S" with an oil change?

I don't remember. It's in the mid 900's I think. Did you finish the game yet? I'm going through the Arcade mode pretty quickly, so it won't be long now. Btw, I'm pretty sure you or someone can beat my LS time with that car. It's pretty damn fast, if it has low miles.

Well S2R, you must have fell asleep on the Complex String, cause' I got 3:30.094 in my F094/H...you need to work on that...lol. I say this because you destroy most of my other times by at least a second . I finally got the F094/S and it's a paradox. The car has the exact same stats as the F094/H but it's faster . The stats are as follows...

(400...1000...Top Speed)

F094/H 8.836...15.876...225

F094/S 8.789...15.838...223.8

This difference may seem small, but it's worth at least a second on some tracks. It's gotta be the gearing, I just haven't checked. I don't set cars up for specific tracks, maybe that's why your times are better than mine...dunno. All I know is that just over a minute for Laguna Seca is nothing short of a miracle. Kudos again, you da' man.

I'm only proud of one time I've gotten. It's in the Time Trial on Arcade mode. That last race of the Complex String with the Porsche RGT...it gave me fits, then I murdered it...4:50.424

I hardly ever finish the Complex String without running off of the track. I'm way too aggresive on that track, but that's what it takes to get the low times. I'll practice that one after I finish the game. I got some E and F Professional Arcade races left. After that I'll have a fresh F094/S to run with. That one I'm going to save on a backup card.

If you don't like the complex string then you are going to hate the last race in the Time Trial, it took me all day to beat that 5:02 time (doin about 5 laps and then coming back to it later). I've been meaning to do the numbers on what kind of performace difference the loss in HP actually causes, I'll do that next. I sold myself 20 F094/S cars...lol. I wanted to experiment with the settings without having to reset each car. Look for my post on the "S" car later today...

Yeah dude, that Laguna Seca time rocks. I figured a 1:01.0 was possible but 1:00.592 is insane!

Are you using the Logitech wheel or ? I ask because while the throttle/brake control is great the hand controller is easier to rack the steering on.
