Just wondering who all here is OBSESSED with Gran Turismo 4 for PS2.

i love it. and think it would be awesome to have monthy challenges like "buy this car, tune for this track, who can get the fastest lap with unlimited mods" type thing

 

I would play gran turismo again if I had the logitech G25 wheel with full manual transmission with clutch and everything too bad I'd rather spend the money on other things ... so thats out of the question .. XD

 

I'm certainly not obsessed with it, but I do enjoy it. I recently started playing again after almost 6 months of not touching it because my save corrupted.
I'm just now starting on the endurance races (thank god for B-spec).

 

I DO! I have Logitech driving force pro and it's been serving me well. I pull it out whenever I'm too drunk to take my car out, when it's too cold out, in the stormy weather.
It is a great stress reliever. My absolute favorite is with Amuse S2000 on a Nurbergring or ... i forgot the name of the course, it's in the simulation mode 'special condition race' it's a real tight city course (not corte d'aze).
Rally's really fun with the driving force pro as well.
my favorite course is the Tahiti maze reverse with Corolla rally car.

I find GT series and the steering wheel actually trains me pretty good.
I'm buying PS3 when they release the GT5.

 

I have been playing for the past 2 years and only have 54% completed, i like your idea

 

The newest date for GT5 is April 17 I think. But GT4 is always fun. Me and my buddy used to see who get the fastest lap on trial mountain with the stock Spoon S2k. I think the best time was we got was a 1:22:xxx.

 

I am down for the challenge. Name the track, the car, and the rules.

Yep, I'm obsessed! I even have the GT Sparco Cockpit!

 

I've moved on to Forza 2, but the GT4 HD demo-thing is a better choice for challenges as they get posted to leader boards
