Default Gumball 3000

The gumball 3000 has always intrested me and I have a few questions before I indulge myself too much into it...

1. How do you continue the race if you go to jail?

2. How much money does it end up costing?

3. How bad does it mess up your car?

4. Do the people in it go as fast as it really seems?

5. Are you ever really even around any cool cars when you are driving?

6. Don't the speeding tickets show up on your record right away?

7. Is it really worth it?

If you could answer these it would be greatly appreciated.

hey, I'm no expert. THe race looks pretty nifty, but it's also very expensive.
1) Many of the rarcers are european, so state driving points may not matter. Many clearly just post bail, and keep driving. I'm sure many just don't show up for their court dates. Anyone?

2)This year it was 8000 British pounds (not including bail ) to enter. Most entrants spend tons on hotels, etc
3)
4)If the contestants claims are correct, yes.
5)Sure looks like it from the pics
6)I think even in America, they have to convict you first
Gumball3000.com is place to start. There's info all over the web
