Real helicopters can't do that, but RC ones can

I remember reading about stunt choppers a little while back, its pretty cool.

am I the only one who cant understand how that works, someone please explain it to me.
You can reverse the pitch of the main rotor blades so that it pushes the air up instead of down, thus being able to fly upside down.

I'm not sure there are any real choppers, much less the pilots flying them, that'd be able to withstand the g-forces involved while doing those manuevers.

The power to weight ratio of an RC copter to a real one is insane.. thats why he can do that shit

i give props to the camera man. That must have been hard to film that thing whipping around like that and keeping it very centered as he did.

The opening move of the copter spinning under the rotating blades is cool. I have only seen that once in a real copter and it was done while going under a bridge. Best copter stunt I have ever seen!!!

if the copters main lift is from pushing air downward, how the heck does it go upside and hover?

I mean, consider the power to weight ratio... yeah, it's a powerful muther, but i think thi sis b.s. I want to believe it is b.s., but it isn't...

if thi was a fake, then somebody took a lot of time to put shadows in.. it's nuts...

Not fake... I've seen done a hundred times. I used to fly RC planes and helicopters and would go all over to watch these guys compete. Check out the TOC in Vegas with the 1/3 and 1/ 4 scale planes. They hang those planes on the prop and touch tails to the runway
