talking as hard as he can while following and the second hes face to face with the cop he becomes polite.
did he even attempt to have the cop cited for speeding or was this tape an attempt to give cops a bad name?

the cop could have been responding to a non emergency call and the guy has no way of knowing it.
he was no doubt scared of being cited for speeding himself.

Heard of this before. I couldn't stand watching the whole vid because he got on my nerves with all the cursing at first and the politeness later.
