EDIT: dang, you beat me to it, but I know his name is not Parkour. That's just the name he gave the sport he helped create.

The guy from the 2nd video clip jump over the building act really like a Spiderman in the movie

There was a programme on British TV about a group of guys who managed to get around London by jumping.

I think they were French and it was called, rather ironically, Jump London.
