I know there are collector sneakers out there, like Jordans. That's not my think. Nor is it girl like in having a pair to match every outfit. I do have a lot of shoes for a guy though. They all are to serve a function. Anyway, I'm sure there are other's out there.
I'm just starting a thread to see other's with my affliction and to share my fav's.
Here's my latest purchases.
These aren't a picture of my exact ones. They are high end Oakley driving shoes. I just got them and haven't used them yet. I am going on a bullrun at the end of this month, so I decided to get some decent driving shoes.
I bought these because I was at the adidas outlet and they looked really cool and comfortable and I got a DEAL! They are very comfortable. I bought them to replace my work Dansko's that after 5 years were worn in a way that the heels were affecting my back. If you are looking for a cool alternative to Nike Air or shox these are great shoes.
I'll be adding to this with my many other pairs while staving off the ing and the many references to socks/sandals.
Hopefully other's will come out of the kicks closet too though.
Raj, I'm an authorized Oakley dealer. Shoot me a PM and I may be able to get you some decent deal (as long as when I'm in your hood I get to ride in the Lambo).
yeah i've had maybe 5 pairs of regular shoes and 3 pairs of dress shoes in the last 9 years (4 college, 5 after). usually rotate between 2 regular/1 dress at a time (don't need to wear dress shoes for work). i haaaaaate buying shoes. wear them til they fall apart.
