You know, I'm fully for severely punishing people that drink and drive, but that guy doesn't need jail time. He's facing far more anguish, pain, and guilt than any jail could put on him - I pity him as much as the girl (perhaps more).

All in all, terrible.

 

I say the guy should marry her...
