where did that come from? my halloween weekend SUCKED. friday night i got all dressed up and went to go meet some friends for a costume party at some frat and a drunk guy in a scion backed into my car while i was sitting outside waiting for my friends to come meet me. he was trying to parallel park and he kept driving over the curb. i knew he was going to hit me as soon as i saw him backing up to attempt to park again, so i laid on my horn but he didn't even stop. the guy was drunk as ****... driving his girlfriend's car. he gets out and says "i didn't even see you..." (did you HEAR me? jesus...) cops came and told him he should have gotten a DUI, but didn't end up giving him one. not to sure why....?
before the cops came i was getting his info and his friends kept bitching about how it wasn't a big deal and there wasn't even any damage and asking me why i needed to get his information. after the cops came the friends stood to the side and whenever people would walk by and ask what was going on they would say out loud to make sure i'd hear "oh our friend barely hit this girl's car, she's making a big deal out of nothing... she's just being a dumb bitch... she probably doesn't even pay for that car, i'm sure her mommy and daddy bought it for her." finally, the cops told them to shut up and leave.
there wasn't too much damage... just scuffs that will probably buff out. i was just worried that i'd wake up the next morning to find something seriously damaged and not have any of the guy's info and be screwed. it was dark and rainy so it was hard to assess the damage. just pisses me off when you pay out the ass (about 30% of my income goes towards my car payment/insurance) to drive a car you love and some drunk guy just backs into you and gets pissy when you do the proper thing and get his info down. i didn't even call the cops, they just happened to be driving by and saw the dude literally parked with one tire completely on the curb...and all of us standing there, me crying in my halloween costume. so that was my friday... too bummed out to take pictures and too bummed out to party. i ended up going home and going to bed at 11.
saturday was a bust too. got all dressed up again... went to a friend's house where we were supposed to have a costume party. people got pissed at each other, decided to split up and all head to the bar. i'm the ONLY one out of my friends that isn't 21... so pretty much i got left alone. ONE of my friends hung back and stayed with me... we went to a couple parties. ALL LAME. went to bed at midnight. too bummed out to take pictures again.
*sigh* maybe halloween night will redeem how shitty this weekend was.
