According to his profile, he lives in Hong Kong, which sounds reasonable. My aunts and uncles in Singapore get a few days off as well. BTW, Chinese Restaurants still open.

^ they seem always open anywhere. One time there was a major power outage. Everyone was closed except the Chinese restaurant
