Congratulations to your family. Now you can battle the Honda dealers for a good deal on an Odyssey! From one high-demand car to another.

Congrats, I'm sure the twins will be a joy. I don't envy what they cost, however. You better start saving for their future right now; I understand it costs about $350K+ to raise one child to the age of 18. Maybe you'll get a quantity discount. Good luck. Can you say trust fund?

Power6spd,

My best to you and yours. I am in a similar situation, as my wife was 'diagnosed' back in June. We are expecting March 4. No twins here, but one very active, kickin', punchin', sumo wrestlin' little one on the way.

Don't know if you ever saw that Valvoline commercial on TV, where the lil' one is practicing driving a stick before he's born, but I think that's what we have on the way.

Anyway, I already sold the s2k, for an M3. Love the car, but still really lust after the s2k. It was fun while it lasted (6 mos.), but onto more important things. I'm thinking that I'll pick up a roadster again sometime over the next couple of years. My wife want a vintage vette.

Best of luck. (wait 'till you start those birthing classes, whoooo boy!)

adios.

Power:

There is light at the other side of this tunnel.

Just four and a half years ago I got the news that our third unexpected child was twins.

Truly... they are the best. They are like eachother's TV. They just entertain eachother all day. Simply best friends.

You will need to figure a plan at the beginning since with twins, there is not little sleep.... there is NO sleep. They are programmed to wake up when the other finally gets to sleep. How else would they get undivided attention... and feeding. I was living in Mexico, so it was easy to get help. In the US, that is not so easy, so you have to make a plan to take sleep shifts or your wife will truly break-down with sleep deprivation. My wife broke down after five weeks. That's when the help came. I scrambled as she truly just crumbled.

As for the S2000... well I got to get one even with the twins, but yes, the Odyssey came first .

You really do have the best of luck. I wish my other two were twins too.

Dan

Congrats man...You are so blessed. I would love to have twins when we are ready to have KIDS...Seems like there is a trend of losing S2K because you will have kids. Why can't you have both? Or keep the S2K and buy another car for the family?

Wow, twins! Did you participate in that group-buy advertised last year on H-A.net

Congratulations!
