Default Has anyone used the sport mp3 players?

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone has used those sport mp3 players while they are running for a long period? I'm referring about the types that attach to your arm while you run. I'm interested if it keeps your mind from being bored as you try to train for a marthon. Thanks.

if you are indeed training for a marathon, then you should try to similate the situation as best as you can, meaning, if you are not allowed headsets during the race then you should train without them. you don't want to get so used to running with music that when it comes to race time you feel out of rhythm without it.
