Hasn't anyone wondered?
There's several reasons:
1) on a break or at lunch
2) from work but after closing time
3) between meetings when I can't get much else done or waiting for someone who's late
4) when the computer's chugging away at other stuff or waiting for data
5) when it's just a plain slow work day

When im at school 75% of my classes have computers in them so i just get on a check for 5-15min each class. Then in the afternoon i work as a computer tech so while im troubleshooting stupid peoples computers i browse the internet

Surely if one was at work and doing sufficiently well despite what they are paid, there is no time apart from the lunchtime to post forum messages.
