Just because I'm "at work" doesn't mean that I'm "working."

There's several reasons:
1) on a break or at lunch
2) from work but after closing time
3) between meetings when I can't get much else done or waiting for someone who's late
4) when the computer's chugging away at other stuff or waiting for data
5) when it's just a plain slow work day

After getting to work 30 minutes late, I barely have enough time to get my morning drink, read the paper, check out s2ki and my email before taking my lunch break.

Surely if one was at work and doing sufficiently well despite what they are paid, there is no time apart from the lunchtime to post forum messages.
