You can buy organic PB, but you must keep in fridge after opening. Then it's hard to spread, like cold butter.

Raisins, kinda high calorie though. Dates are good as dessert. Carrots are cool. You can bake tortillas sprayed with butter spray for low cal chips. Homemade Pico de Gallo is good for you. Donuts interspersed by 6- or eight- mile runs work for me. Grapes.

The whole point of peanut butter is to HAVE the fat. NATURAL PB contains essential Omega 6 fats. The regular kind contains trans fat which is horrible to one's health. Fat free peanut butter is as pointless to eat as chips, it'll contain processed carbs mostly.

processed carbs are proven to be acne-causing. Reader's Digest I believe.

Baby carrots and Ranch dressing. I know the ranch isn't too healthy, but it's so good. Cheese and crackers. and bacon.
None of this is healthy.

Did you miss the topic?

Almond butter and Wasa Crisps is always a good one.

Peanut butter in any form is terrible for humans. Very undigestable and just clogs the system.

Almond butter, Cashew butter, Tahini...these are much more digestable nut butters.

My mom was on a health kick when I was a kid and she would take some peeled bannanas, spread honey on them and roll them in wheat germ. It took some coaxing, but they were actually really good.

I don't keep snacks in the house with the exception of those giant hard sourdough pretzels and baked lays potato chips. Otherwise I eat grapenuts cereal with milk and honey.

You could also try pomegranites. (sp?) They are kind of like sunflower seeds in that they are all effort over calorie reward, they taste great, but they stain things as bad as grape juice would.
