Somehow I doubt that that those nomex drivers' boots are in anyway comparable to the FutureCats or SpeedCats sold at the corner retail store.
Oh, but you'd be wrong. These FIA approved boots look similar? They're the same shoe, with nomex and a taller boot for fire protection.

Oh hmm, where have I seen that? Oh yeah...

can't do it in my DC's, too wide. I guess it all depends on the size of your feet???

Yeah, maybe. I'm a size 8.5. Maybe I'm just used to it since that is what i wear 6/7 days of the week.

Thanks for the info so far.

Stealth, what pumas are those? the future cats?

It sounds like with some practice I can do this without new shoes. But I may look into the Piloti's anyway since my pumas are getting worn out.

My work shoes are the worst to Heel Toe in, but I can do it with any of my shoes reall.

I have some old BK's that seem to work the best for me though. Chuck Taylor's would be a close second .

The driving shoes pictured look nice for driving, but I would rather not have to change shoes all the time, guess I'm lazy

I thought this was OT? What's with all of this car talk?

I use the Adi Racer Lows or my old ass running shoes. Shoes don't really matter when you are using your heel and toes to "heel-toe"

This is a great thread. I see a lot of people using good old Chuck Taylor's like myself, but I'm taking notes on all of these others so that I can try them out.

I'm also digging the different methods for accomplishing the "heel-toe."

Good Stuff.
