Looks like some sort of pomeranian & chihuahua mix to me.

Pomeranian was my first thought as well... my neighbor just got two Pomeranian pups. Cute as hell, but they never shut up.

It's a cute puppy.

We've got two Pom rescues. They are both great dogs with lots of personality. Ours are not yappy dogs that never shut up.
